Leveraging Twitter

I have a small following on social media. Almost 0 really. That is where I get most of my clients from. It blows my mind that some people have more than 1k followers on twitter and are not trying to sell anything. They are just using the website and have high engagement for fun? The twitter app is asinine and will dive anyone insane with positive or negative feedback loops. Everyone is begging to spend money on dumb things like clothing and trinkets and twitter is a great way to engage with people that like what you have to say. If you have some sort of profit system baked into your account somewhere then the user can make some grocery money every month at least. These followers can be leveraged when a physical product is being promoted. These things compound over time and eventually one can probably just live off their user base. It doesn’t even have to be anything elaborate. Have a sweatshirt with some cartoon you like on it and sell it for $50 bucks. In the summer sell tank tops. Start blog and drive traffic to it. These things add up over time.
